Welcome to Honey Energy OÜ e-shop! In order to make your shopping experience smooth and pleasant, we have developed the following general terms and conditions that apply to all our e-shop customers.

- All products and prices are presented including VAT.
- Honey Energy OÜ reserves the right to change the product range and prices without prior notice.
3. **Ordering**
- Orders in the e-shop are placed through the shopping cart and the cash register system.
- An order confirmation is sent to the customer by e-mail to confirm the order.
4. **Payment**
- Payment methods: credit cards, bank transfers and e-payment solutions (e.g. PayPal,
Swedbank Link).
- The order is considered confirmed when the payment has been received into Honey Energy OÜ's account.
5. **Delivery and shipping**
- The goods will be delivered within Estonia within 2-5 working days.
- International deliveries may take longer and additional shipping costs will be charged.
6. **Returns and right of return**
- Customers have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receiving them.
- The returned goods must be in their original packaging and unused.
7. **Privacy and data protection**
- The customer's personal data will only be used to fulfill the order and provide a better
shopping experience.
- Honey Energy OÜ complies with all personal data protection laws and regulations.

WEB STORE TERMS OF SALE
The owner of the online store www.honeyenergy.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Web Store) is Honey Energy OÜ (registration code: 16308832), located at: Kopli, Pae village, Lääne-Harju parish, Harju County 76015
Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.
The prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price. All prices of goods sold in the Online Store are in euros.
The delivery fee depends on the buyer's location and the method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing an order.
Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the goods.
Ordering
Here, the merchant must proceed from the purchase solution of his online store.
To order the goods, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart. To place the order, the required data fields must be filled in and the appropriate product delivery method must be selected. The amount of the fee will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:
Delete the payment methods that the online store does not use and add them if necessary, if there are other payment solutions in use.

NB! When paying with a bank link, be sure to click the "Back to merchant" button on the bank page.
Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment - when paying with a bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying with a credit card, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card details. The contract enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to the Online Store's bank account.
The owner of the Online Store is the controller of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of delivering the goods) will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notification.
Delivery
The goods will be sent to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden
The buyer has the following options for receiving the goods:
Partners of the Online Store's parcel lockers, courier companies: Omniva, DPD, Unisend, Venipak, SmartPost. Possibility of picking up the goods themselves.
The shipping costs of the goods are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 3-5 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Outside Estonia, delivery takes place within 3-15 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, the goods may be delivered within up to 45 calendar days.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.
NB! Depending on the products, the buyer may not have the right of withdrawal. If you sell such products, you must list the corresponding products and services in this case and they must meet the conditions listed in Section 53, subsection 4 of the Law of Obligations Act.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any way other than what is necessary to verify the nature, properties and functioning of the goods in the manner permitted for testing the goods in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for a purpose other than what is necessary to verify the nature, properties and functioning of the goods or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
To return the goods, you must submit a withdrawal form, the form of which can be found here:RETURN OF GOODS
and send it to the e-mail address: info@honeyenergy.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the product to be returned does not correspond to the order (e.g. a wrong or defective product).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier of the goods within the aforementioned period.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store shall immediately refund to the buyer, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal application, all fees received from the buyer under the contract.
The online store may refuse to make refunds until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the buyer has provided evidence that he has returned the item, depending on which occurs first.
If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the online store, the online store is not required to refund the consumer any costs that exceed the costs associated with the standard delivery method.
The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store has been indicated significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.
Right to file a claim
The online store is responsible for the non-compliance of the goods sold to the buyer with the terms of the contract or for a defect that already existed at the time of delivery of the goods and that becomes apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. Within 1 year from the delivery of the goods to the buyer, it is assumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery of the goods. It is the responsibility of the online store to refute this assumption.
If a defect appears, the buyer has the right to contact the online store no later than two months later by sending an e-mail to info@honeyenergy.ee or by calling +37255612053.
The online store is not responsible for defects that have arisen after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the online store have defects for which the online store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund all fees incurred under the sales contract to the buyer.
The Online Store will respond to the complaint submitted by the consumer in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online store transfers personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver the goods.
The online store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed a desire to do so by entering their e-mail address on the website and has indicated their desire to receive direct mail notifications.
The buyer can opt out of offers and newsletters sent to the e-mail at any time by notifying us of this by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.
Dispute resolution
If the buyer has any complaints regarding the online store, they must be sent to the e-mail address info@honeyenergy.ee or by calling: +37255612053
If the buyer and the online store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can contact the Consumer Disputes Commission. You can read the procedural conditions and submit an application here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of the buyer's complaint by the committee is free of charge.
The buyer may turn to the European Union's consumer dispute resolution platform.
